As I’m going through one of the most terrible times of my
life and I sit here contemplating in prayer on my mother’s
passing.. I wonder Why things happen in the lives of those
who love you God. Here’s what came to me about all the
circumstances in my life concerning my friends and loved
ones.
I wondered why, As I saw my mom as she sat by the side of
the bed of my brother, Michael, ill with pain and as I heard
my mother sobbing in prayer for an answer, Why God?
As she prayed, I saw a peaceful glow come over her face.
Oh yes, only God knows. It’s in His perfect plan.
Years later, I saw that same mother sharing peace and
comfort with others parents who were hurting. Oh Yes, Only
God knows. It’s in His perfect plan.
I wonder why, as I prayed with my dear friend Sonja and
her husband Mike who were told that they could never have
children. I saw His love enter them and let’s them go on to
trust in Him. Yes, Only God knows. It’s in His perfect
plan.
Years later, I saw that same couple surrounded by
children because they put their trust in Him. Yes, Only He
knows. It’s in His perfect plan.
As I saw my mother on her bed ill with pain, and we
surrounded her bedside, the only thing she could think of as
she talked to us children and as we listen. “I will see you
all in heaven my darlings, this is only Good Bye for a
little while.” Oh Yes, Only God knows. It’s in His perfect
plan.
As I looked upon my mother's face, I saw a heavenly
smile come across her face telling me she sees the Heavenly
Gates and the One she has waited for all her life to
embrace. Oh Yes, Only God knows. It’s in His perfect plan.
Years have passed now since my mom went home, I still see
her faith that was imparted in her children. Oh Yes, Only
God knows. It’s in His perfect plan.
I saw a child looking out the door to watch her father
leave never to return again. Why God? Oh Yes, Only He knows.
It’s in His perfect plan.
Years later, I saw that same child, now grown, sitting by
the death bed of her long lost father leading him in the
prayer of Salvation. Oh Yes, Only God knows. It’s in His
Perfect Plan.
As a sparrow falls to the ground, He knows, It’s in His
perfect Plan. Oh Yes, Only He knows the beginning from the
end.
Only God knows, It’s in His Perfect Plan.
