I dreamed I was in Heaven
And I stood before the Throne
In the very presence of God
In His Heavenly home
Then I saw the devil
Who gave me an evil look
He walked up to the Throne
In his hands he held a book
He looked up at the Father
In an arrogant way
He stood up straight, he cleared his throat
And then I heard him say
"In this book I have written
This mans every sin"
Then he turned and looked at me
With a sinister grin
When Satan opened up the book
I just closed my eyes
When I had heard all that I had done
I began to cry
When he finished reading
I fell down to my knees
I cried out "Father forgive me
Have mercy on me, please"
That's when I saw Jesus
Standing by my side
As He looked down at me
With such loving eyes
Then His face grew serious
And for the book He did demand
Satan had no choice
But to obey the Lords command
When Jesus opened up the book
My shame I could not hide
Then Jesus started bleeding
From His feet, His hands and side
He smeared His blood upon each page
Till it covered every sin
He closed the book, looked at His Father
Then He opened it again
Every page was white as snow
Each sin was washed away
Satan frowned and left the room
He had nothing left to say
Then Jesus walked over to me
And gave me a warm embrace
And with His nail scared hand
He wiped each tear from my face
One day it will happen
We will all stand before the Throne
The words that will be said that day
No man really knows
But if you do not know Jesus
Than I sincerely pray
That you will accept Him now
Please do not delay
